NEW YORK, February 17, 2006 – TECHEXPO Top Secret today announced that it has become a corporate sponsor of the TechExpo Scholars Fellowship Program offered by the University of Fairfax / President Victor Berlin, a non-profit graduate institution in the US, specializing in advanced information security degrees.
